1. Select Equipments from Equipments tab .

2. Select the site, group, equipments and the status from the Dropdown options.

3. Select a Equipment from the row then Click on Complaints which is at the bottom menu.

4. To add a complaint you need to fill in the details in the DG Complaint form.

5. Click on Add.
